Drywall dust, sawdust and jobsite debris cleared from every surface, ledge and vent, including the fine dust that resettles after the first pass.
Surface & fixture detailing
Cabinets, counters, trim, switches and light fixtures wiped and detailed, with adhesive, labels and paint overspray removed.
Windows & glass
Interior glass, frames and tracks cleaned, and manufacturer stickers and film peeled off doors, windows and mirrors.
Floors
Grout haze and construction film removed, then floors vacuumed, mopped or treated so the finished surface reads finished.
Restrooms
Fixtures, partitions, mirrors and dispensers cleaned and detailed, ready for the certificate of occupancy and first use.
Phased to the build
A rough clean between trades, a final clean before handoff, and a touch-up after the punch list, scheduled around your other subs.
Ground-level work only. Exterior pressure washing and high or roof-level cleaning are a separate scope with different insurance. The exact phase plan is set at a walk of the site.
