Window & glass cleaning
The glass a visitorsees first, kept clear.
Interior glass and ground-level exterior windows for Southwest Florida commercial properties: entries, storefronts, partitions, tracks and sills, cleaned on a set cycle and held to the same standard as the rest of the building. Ground level only, no ladders.
Why it matters
The smudges on the entry glass are the first thing a visitor reads.
Most properties buy glass cleaning from whoever is cheapest that week. It looks right for a few days, then the streaks and fingerprints come back and the entrance stops looking cared-for.
Sabal runs it on a documented cycle instead, tied to how fast the glass actually shows here. The entry a tenant walks through holds the same standard as the floors and restrooms inside.
What’s included
Every pane at ground level, on a cycle.
Interior glass
Lobby glass, office and conference partitions cleaned on both sides, streak-free and free of fingerprints.
Entries & storefront glass
The doors and front glass a visitor touches first, kept clear from open to close.
Glass partitions & dividers
Interior dividers, railings and display glass wiped down without the film a quick pass leaves behind.
Ground-floor exterior windows
Exterior windows reachable from the ground, cleaned outside as well as in. No ladders, no upper stories.
Tracks, sills & frames
The channels and ledges that collect grit and dead bugs, cleared out so the glass is not sitting in it.
Mirrors & interior fixtures
Restroom and locker-room mirrors and glass fixtures cleaned on the same visit.
Ground level only. High-rise and upper-story exterior glass is a different trade with different insurance, and Sabal does not pretend otherwise.
Who buys it
Property managers, GMs and store managers who answer for the front glass.
A property manager, a club GM, or a store manager is the one who hears about the smudged entry doors and the storefront that looks dull from the parking lot. Glass is usually a service they have to remember to schedule on its own.
Bundled into a Sabal contract, it stops being a separate call. It is on the schedule, in the scope, and in the log with the nightly work.
The glass we hold
Entries, storefronts, partitions. Kept clear.
Entries & lobbies
The first glass a visitor touches, kept clear from open to close.
Storefront glass
The front windows that decide how the store looks from the lot.
Partitions & interior glass
Dividers and display glass cleaned on both sides, no film left behind.
With Sabal on the contract, you stop being the one who hears about the smudged doors.
How we hold it
Run like the rest of the Sabal Standard.
Scoped at the walkthrough
We walk the property and count the glass, interior and ground-level exterior, before quoting a number.
On a set cycle
Each surface is cleaned on a schedule tied to how fast it shows here, not a guess.
Logged and dated
Done, dated and photographed in the same log as the nightly work. See the standard.
Often paired with
One company for the whole property.
Glass rarely travels alone. The same crew holds the surfaces on either side of it.

Request a Walkthrough →What is included in commercial window and glass cleaning?
Commercial window and glass cleaning covers the interior and ground-level exterior glass a building shows the public: entry and storefront doors, lobby glass, interior partitions, ground-floor windows, and the tracks and sills around them. Sabal sets the exact list at a walkthrough and cleans it on a documented cycle.
Do you clean high-rise or upper-story windows?
No. Sabal cleans interior glass and ground-level exterior windows only. Anything above the first floor is high-rise work, a separate trade with different equipment and insurance, and Sabal does not take it on. For upper-story exterior glass, a licensed high-rise window crew is the right call.
How much does commercial window cleaning cost?
Commercial window and glass cleaning is usually priced per visit or folded into the building’s cleaning scope, not as one flat number. General commercial cleaning runs about $0.09 to $0.20 per square foot industry-wide (ISSA), and Southwest Florida offices often land near $0.08 to $0.18. Sabal quotes a flat rate after a walkthrough.
How often should commercial windows be cleaned?
Most commercial glass is cleaned weekly to monthly, with high-traffic entries and storefronts done more often than interior partitions. The right frequency depends on foot traffic, road dust, and how the glass faces the weather here. Sabal sets the cycle at the walkthrough so the front glass stays clear between visits.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes, Sabal is licensed, bonded, and insured, and sends its certificate of insurance before the first visit.
What areas do you serve?
Sabal serves commercial properties across Southwest Florida, including Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Marco Island, Punta Gorda, and Port Charlotte, throughout Lee, Collier, and Charlotte counties.
How do I get a quote?
Request a walkthrough. Sabal walks your property, counts the actual glass inside and at ground level, and returns a written, flat-rate proposal. A real bid comes from seeing the building, not a number quoted over the phone.
